Super simple to assemble, came with everything you need. The instructions were very easy to understand and the material seems to be very durable and strong. I did have a hiccup with the dry wall anchors but that might’ve just been user error. It does come with all the required screws, a level, an allen wrench, etc. But you will need a drill.

Assembly was easy and fun, my cats love it very sturdy. We use them so the cats can get over a cat instead of jumping for their own personal puppy free space. They love longing on the larger pieces and they also use it to get over the gate without jumping!

Good quality stands, wood was a bit too light so we had to stain it, but then it looked great! Our cat loves the little house and steps. Looks really nice in the bedroom too! Super easy to put together and so many ways to setup!

Super frustrating…buy your own anchors
Where to begin?1. My number one biggest complaint is the anchors. I was hanging these shelves on drywall so knew I would need to use anchors with them. I don’t have a ton of DIY experience so I trusted that the anchors they sent me would be correct, but after hours of frustration and trying to figure out why I could not get the screws to securely attach into the anchors, I figured out that the anchors they sent are only meant to be used in solid or concrete walls. They are not drywall anchors, especially not half inch drywall like I have in my apartment. So when I went to screw in the screws, the anchors would just spin in the wall without grabbing hold of any drywall. I ended up going to Lowe’s and spending 20 bucks on actual drywall anchors which got the job done perfectly. But the entire thing was very frustrating, especially since I followed instructions and nothing was working.2. Assembling the square cubbies was quite difficult; you have to drill into the dowels while just holding them which was quite painful. The other pieces came together pretty easily.3. One of the pieces was missing a pre-drilled hole. It was supposed to have three holes but only had two.4. The fabric cushions that go on the cubby and shelf are not securely attached. You attach them yourself just with two strips of tape that come pre-attached to the fabric, kind of like command strips. So the fabric in the middle moves around a lot. As one of my cats was exploring the wall for the first time, she almost fell because she jumped off of the shelf with fabric onto the next step, but the fabric moved under her feet when she pushed off and made her lose balance. So I ended up taking the fabric off of both of them.Overall I would not recommend this product and I wish I could get my money back. It looks nice and I’m glad to have the enrichment for my cats but assembly was a nightmare, particularly because the appropriate tools were not sent.

These were hard to put together and hanging them on the wall was not fun. Some of the wood is not smooth and could easily give you a splinter. They look good overall

We’ve had this up for a week. Our cat weighs around 10 lbs. The floor of the house just gave out with me and a cup of coffee underneath it. Charging $100 for this is highway robbery.
